A professor of Education, Author, Work-Life-Integration Researcher, Facilitator Extra-Ordinaire, State Mentor-Trainer-Growth Advisor, Moderator, and an Ardent Motivational Speaker. Dr. Veronica is an Active Social Justice and Equity Leader on The United Nations Association Board of Directors. She believes in the critical importance of closing the academic achievement gap between the haves and the have-nots. She believes that it is easier and better to build strong children than to repair broken men!

Ayodele specializes in creating practical solutions to elementary education, in line with the dictates of 21st century education.
Her passion for young children deserving quality education fueled her mission to develop innovative ways to make learning environments stimulating for young learners.
She has over 20years experience in school administration and curriculum development with emphasis on Preschool and Primary education.
As an education consultant, she believes that elementary schools must be child centered to facilitate learning and positive engagement of every child, providing them with the excellent foundation that will last a lifetime.
Ayodele is a strong advocate of incorporating the 4Cs (Creativity, Communication, Collaboration and Critical thinking) into teaching and learning methodologies, which make learning relevant to equip children with the needed skills to thrive both in their immediate environment and globally.
With hundreds of hours partnering, volunteering and working side by side with educators in UK, USA, Canada and Nigeria, Ayodele has verse experiences and committed to quality education.
She brings to Eduriea her philosophy of “Every child matters; Every child counts” which, speaks to the uniqueness of every child and therefore important that they are encouraged and supported to develop at their own pace, focusing on helping them discover and maximize their creativity and talents.

B.A Linguistics, PGD Education, with extensive professional and leadership developmental courses in education.

Ehianata is a seasoned educator with over 20 years hands on experience from Classroom Teacher to School and Educational Management. She is consistently recognized for high performance and excellence.
Her passion to share knowledge and inspire growth in children motivated her to apply knowledge gained over the years to build up children and mentor teachers. She is the Director IECON Educational Consult. An organization she started to serve the professional needs of significant elementary educators.
As an education consultant, she mentors school owners and train educators in the appropriate use of technology to provide teachers access to a variety of educational resources that inspire in young learners the life skills of 21st century education. This also ensures that every child is given equal opportunity to learn irrespective of learning abilities and environment.
Motivated by her belief that “Any investment in education pays the highest interest”; Ehianata joined Eduriea as Marketing Representative, to make available digital trending apps, specifically developed for young learners to make access to knowledge, understanding, and application easy for the children.

A talented and ambitious individual with a strong aptitude in digital technology. He has passion for Communications and new technology which makes navigating easy. He has over 20 years background knowledge in information communication and technology.
He is confident, highly driven individual in information Technology niche, with practical hands-on computer maintenance and servicing, troubleshooting and experience in user support and system installations and configurations.
Resourceful and proactive, he combines effective communication skills with detailed technology knowledge to identify and troubleshooting IT issues, and deliver a satisfactory outcome for the company whilst working alone as part of a larger team.

Tolani is a management consultant/strategist with over 30years experience in the private sector of corporate Nigeria. He is a specialist in strategy development, product commercialization, customer management and human capital development, with bias for startups and SMEs.
His passion for youth development influenced his involvements in youth programs directed at coaching and empowering young entrepreneurs and encouraging young adults to pursue and achieve their dreams.
He is a faculty member of The Stewardship College of the Anglican Diocese (Lagos Mainland), Trinity Ville Leadership Foundation and Taadel Educational Consult. He serves as Executive Coach to CEOs and Directors of a number of successful SMEs in Nigeria. He also sits on the board of several SMEs.
